Reel 2 Real wraps up its 24th festival and first hybrid edition!


This year marked our first year back in cinemas with our audience and also brought films to homes and classrooms across British Columbia. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the festival a success and congratulations to all the brilliant filmmakers who participated. “The Reel 2 Real International Youth Jury is an opportunity to see film through a new lens. You are exposed to movies you wouldn’t otherwise see: foreign, local, feature, and short. By watching with a critical eye and discussing with fellow jury members, film takes on a whole new dimension.”
